Play safe

Spending caps, a seven-day pause, self-exclusion and independent groups that listen whenever you need to talk.

Credits: Lucky Boom is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence, and its rules follow Anjouan law. The licence is offshore, not national, so confirm that online gambling is legal where you live before you play.

Our commitment

Every Lucky Boom page shows an 18+ marker and a begambleaware.org link. Play with coins you can afford to lose, and never try to win back what you've lost.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion: request it by email from your registered address; it's active within 24 hours and locks the account for six months at least.
• Pause button: a seven-day break whenever you want it.
• Session awareness: keep an eye on playtime and spending, and step away between runs.
• Parental control: advice on keeping devices and logins away from minors.

Know the signs

Hit pause, or ask for help, if you:

• play longer or spend more than you planned;
• borrow, or skip other obligations, to keep playing;
• grow restless or snappy when you try to quit;
• keep your runs secret from those close to you.

Keeping control

• Set a budget and a time limit before you press start.
• Treat it as a paid game, never as a job.
• Don't play when you're upset, tired or after a few drinks.
• Rest between runs and read back through your transaction history.
