Game rules

What holds for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, in a short manual.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18, or the legal age where you live if higher, to register and play. Checking that online gambling is lawful in your country is on you.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These game rules follow the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One character per player. Give accurate details, make sure the account name matches your payment method's name, and keep your login safe.

• Duplicate characters under one name, device or payment method may be deleted without notice.
• Formal requests, including self-exclusion and account deletion, are only taken from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Coins must be added from an instrument in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 for the fifth-level bonus.

• Card limits: up to 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, capped at €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto wallets live in separate slots and can't be merged.

5. Withdrawals and verification

The boss gate needs full KYC before any payout: an official photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with matching names. As an AML rule, deposited coins must be played at least three times first.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; requests reviewed within two business days.
• Caps on non-jackpot loot: €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpot drops are uncapped.
• A withdrawal above a method's single-transfer limit may be sent in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before it completes; the coins return to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Each bonus power-up must be equipped in your profile before the qualifying deposit; it can't be applied afterwards. Only one power-up can be active at a time.

• Starter-pack wagering is ×40; the first live bonus is ×15.
• Maximum stake while clearing: €5 per spin or round, €1 on level 1.
• XP per zone: slots 100%, live arena 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Maximum loot from all bonuses together: €10,000; maximum banked after clearing: ten times the starting bonus.
• Requesting a withdrawal with a bonus active deletes that bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

An account idle for six months running loses €10 a month while it holds a positive balance.

9. Changes to these terms

Rules, bonus conditions and limits get patched from time to time, so read the current version before accepting an offer. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text wins.
